    -2 Parts Rye

    -3/4 Part Manzanilla Sherry

    -3/4 Part Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

    -1/2 Part Ginger Syrup

    -1/2 Honey Syrup

    Directions:

    1.  Shake all ingredients over cracked ice.
    2. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
    3. Strain over a fresh glass.

    -2 Parts Bourbon
    -1/4 Part Cola Syrup
    -2 Dashes Orange Bitters
    -Flamed Orange Peel Garnish

    Directions:

    1.  Stir in a rocks glass over a large cube.
    2. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.

    Ingredients:

    -1 3/4 parts bourbon

    -3/4 parts dark amaro (Averna or Ramazzotti)

    -1/4 parts Strega

    -2 dashes Peychaud’s

    -Orange peel

    Directions:

    1. Stir all ingredients except garnish in a mixing glass with ice until well chilled,
    2.  Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube.
    3. Garnish with an orange peel.

    This caffeinated twist on the classic Manhattan is a perfect cocktail to kick off 2025 and it’s a great pair for our Whiskey Wednesdays drawing at 8 p.m. ET.

    Ingredients:

    -2 parts bourbon or rye

    -1/2 part coffee liqueur

    -2 dashes orange bitters

    -Flamed orange peel

    Directions:

    1. Add the bourbon, coffee liqueur and orange bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
    2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
    3. Flame an orange peel over the top of the drink and garnish with the peel.

    1/2 parts cynar

    3 dashes aromatic bitters

    Top:

    3 parts heavy whipping cream

    1 part licor 43 cream brulee

    pinch of sea salt

    Directions:

    1. Combine cocktail ingredients and stir with ice.
    2. Strain into a stemmed glass.
    3. Use a bar spoon and carefully pour the cream on top in a thin layer.
    4. Add a pinch of sea salt to the surface of the cream.

    Give 270 presents proceeds from recent silent auction for hurricane relief

    As a result of a recent silent auction, Give 270 presented $2,500 in support of Hearts with Hands, a 501c(3) non-profit providing physical, spiritual, medical, economic and other necessary aid to victims of poverty, natural disaster, or famine. Give 270 will match the contributions for a total of $5,000. The funds will support the hurricane relief efforts in North Carolina.
