Give 270 recently presented a $6,500 check to the Kentucky Bluegrass Sergeants Major Association – Fort Knox, made possible through proceeds from Whiskey Wednesdays Round 18.
The donation will help benefit the organization’s scholarship program for high school seniors across Fort Knox and Hardin and Meade counties. In total, the organization awards five, $1,000 annual scholarships to ease the cost of higher education for area students. Working in partnership with the Fort Knox Spouses and Community Club, the organization gives thousands of dollars to aspiring college students to aid their education.

Give 270 was proud to sponsor the debut performance from local theatre the Mulberry Players on Friday, April 24 at the House on Helm in Elizabethtown. The Mulberry Players is a new community theatre expanding the arts in Hardin County through immersive performances, collaboration, and opportunities for new and professional artists—all while giving back to the community.
For their debut, the theatre hosted “Death on the Downs,” a charitable, immersive murder mystery experience where every guest becomes part of the story. We were proud to donate bourbon for the event’s silent auction, with all proceeds benefiting Nolin River Wildlife, helping protect and rehabilitate the natural beauty of our Kentucky community. This cocktail is as sophisticated as it is simple. For this recipe, we’re using a Sagamore Barrel Select Rye store pick from our friends at John O’s Liquors. The spice of the rye meets the smooth sweetness of amaretto, and the result is straight money.
