-6-8 Mint Leaves
-1/2 Part Demerara Syrup
-2 Parts Bourbon
-Garnished with sprig of Mint

-1/2 part coffee liqueur

-2 dashes orange bitters

-Flamed orange peel

Directions:

1. Add the bourbon, coffee liqueur and orange bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Flame an orange peel over the top of the drink and garnish with the peel.

1 part licor 43 cream brulee
