Free the bourbon!!!
Today is the first day of Whiskey Wednesday, a NEW Give 270 (ORG0002703) Fundraiser, that allows participants to purchase a $5 raffle ticket (or more!) for a chance to win hard-to-find Kentucky Bourbon every Wednesday.
To kick off Whiskey Wednesdays, Give 270 will be raffling a Weller Single Barrel Bottle on Wednesday, August 4.
HOW THE RAFFLE WORKS:
- Week One ticket sales begin Sun., Aug. 1 at 1 p.m. EDT and continue through Wed., Aug. 4 at 7 p.m. EDT.
- Raffle Tickets are $5 each. (Click to purchase tickets.)
- The winner will be drawn live on the Give 270 YouTube Channel at 8:00 p.m. EDT, Wednesday, August 4th.
- Whiskey Wednesdays includes 13 raffle drawings every Wednesday from Aug. 4 through Oct. 27.
- Weeks 2 - 13 will feature the Whiskey Wednesday Bourbon Locker. At purchase, the ticket purchaser will pick a door. Raffle winner receives bourbon locked behind the selected door.
Proceeds of the raffle benefit Give 270, a local non-profit that supports community, economic and workforce development of the Elizabethtown-Fort Knox MSA (Hardin, LaRue and Meade counties) by raising funds for other area non-profit organizations and local initiatives.
