Give 270, an Elizabethtown-based nonprofit, has announced that a rare Brown-Forman 150th Anniversary bottle will serve as the grand prize in its latest 20/20 Unicorn Raffle, scheduled for Wednesday, July 1.
One of only 150 bottles released, the commemorative expression is numbered 084/150 and represents one of the most exclusive Old Forester releases ever produced. The bourbon was hand-selected from six barrels, aged 12½ years and spent 150 months in the barrel before being bottled in July 2020.
Give 270’s 20/20 Unicorn raffles offer $20 tickets for two chances to win from a curated selection of 20 prizes from a specific distillery, including an exceptionally rare “unicorn” prize.
In addition to the grand prize, each ticket in the upcoming raffle provides participants with the opportunity to win from a lineup of highly sought-after allocated and limited-release Brown-Forman whiskeys. Additional prizes include a 2023 Old Forester Birthday Bourbon; nine bottles of King of Kentucky 12-Year Small Batch; an Old Forester Single Barrel Barrel Strength Bourbon; an Old Forester Single Barrel Barrel Strength Rye; an Old Forester 1924 10-Year; and six bottles of Old Forester 100 Proof John O’s Single Barrel Pick.
During the raffle, prizes numbered two through 20 will be drawn initially, with all tickets returning to the tumbler for an opportunity to win the grand prize.
The upcoming Unicorn raffle is set to take place live on Give 270’s Facebook page and YouTube channel. All proceeds will benefit Give 270’s work supporting worthwhile organizations and initiatives in central Kentucky. Tickets are available for purchase until 7 p.m. on the night of the drawing and there is no limit to the number of tickets purchased per individual.
