Give 270 to host charity bourbon raffle in support of Community Health Clinic

Prizes include six-bottle ‘Pappy’ set, eight-bottle Weller set and much more

The newest Bourbon Strong 50-4-50 charity raffle will benefit people all over the region, as proceeds go to the Community Health Clinic, serving Hardin, LaRue, Meade, Breckinridge and Grayson Counties. Elizabethtown, Kentucky-based nonprofit Give 270 is now selling tickets for the Feb 28 raffle which features 50 bourbon prizes. 

Included in the raffle prizes are three grand prizes: a six-bottle “Pappy” Vertical including a Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve 23 year, Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve 20 year, Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve 15 year, Van Winkle Family Reserve Rye 13 year, Van Winkle Special Reserve Lot “B” 12 year and Old Rip Van Winkle 10 year; an eight-bottle Weller Set including BTAC William LaRue Weller, Daniel Weller, Single Barrel, C.Y.P.B., Full Proof, 12 year, Antique 107 and Special Reserve; and a Stitzel Weller vintage 2012 Old Rip Van Winkle 10 year. 

Based in Elizabethtown, the Community Health Clinic provides basic health care, dental care, prescription assistance, advocacy and education to the uninsured and underinsured residents of Hardin, LaRue, Meade, Breckinridge and Grayson Counties. 

“Each ticket purchased for this raffle is an investment in the health and well-being of our community,” said Jessica Dailey, interim executive director of the Community Health Clinic. “We are grateful for this partnership with Give 270 and are excited for the outcome of this raffle.”

The Bourbon Strong 50-4-50 raffle will take place live on Give 270’s Facebook page and YouTube channel on Wednesday, Feb. 28 at 8 p.m. During the raffle, prizes four through 50 will be drawn, and each of those winning tickets will be returned to the drawing tumbler for the drawing of the three grand prizes. 

Tickets are $50 and will be available for purchase until 7 p.m. on the day of the drawing. A total of 3,000 tickets are available for the raffle. There is no limit to the amount of tickets purchased per person, subject to availability. Tickets can be purchased and a full list of prizes can be viewed by visiting give270.org and clicking Bourbon Strong.
